SpeedFun Furious Evo for Bafang M500
SpeedFun Furious Evo is an e-bike tuning device for the Bafang M500 mid-drive motor designed to remove the 25 km/h assistance limit.
This speed limit unlock device for Bafang M500 is plug and go and supplied with original connectors, with no physical modifications to the e-bike required.
Furious Evo can be activated and deactivated at any time, even without using the e-bike’s light output.
SpeedFun Furious Evo: tuning for Bafang M500
SpeedFun Furious Evo is an e-bike tuning device for the Bafang M500 motor designed to remove the 25 km/h assistance limit.
The device electronically modifies the signal related to the rear wheel rotation speed, communicating a lower speed to the motor. This allows motor assistance to continue beyond 25 km/h. The actual maximum speed depends on motor power, riding conditions and the power generated by the rider (more information).
When the tuning device is active, as there is no direct communication with the display, the displayed data is halved above a certain threshold.
Furious Evo is compatible with e-bikes equipped with the Bafang M500 mid-drive motor, used for example on Fantic Issimo, Alpek and Leader Fox models, regardless of the type of display or handlebar control unit installed on the e-bike.
SpeedFun Furious Evo can be activated and deactivated as required and retains the selected setting even after the e-bike is switched off.
The Furious Evo tuning device for Bafang M500 can be activated and deactivated using the e-bike’s light button. If the lights are already connected to the light output or this output cannot be used, the tuning can still be activated and deactivated using an alternative method described in the instructions.
The device is supplied plug and go, ready to use and with original connectors. Installation requires no physical modifications to the e-bike.
